As of 5-18-12 @ 6:30 PM PST. Rates have ‘cratered’ once again – matching an ‘all-time’ low yesterday and remaining there again today. If your current rate is 4.00% or higher- call me for a quote ASAP. Also, be sure to check out my ‘Jumbo’ rates as well! Jumbo loans are still very low in terms of ‘history’ … FYI- Loans above 729K & = < 2 million = “Jumbo”
Conforming loans up to 417K w/ LTV’s (loan to value) up to 80%- 30 year fixed- 3.625% @ no points (APR 3.787%). 3.375 @ 1 point cost (APR 3.486%). These estimates assume excellent credit (mid FICO score of 760+) and a 45 day interest-rate lock period.
Jumbo loans up to 2 million w/ LTV’s (loan to value) up to 80%- 4.5o% w/ 0 points cost (APR 4.625%). 4.250% w/ 1 point (APR 4.388%). These rates assume 60 day lock period.
Lastly, my rates on “2nd homes” are nearly the same as those rates for “Primary residences”. If you are considering buying or refinancing a ‘vacation’ home – call me!!!!
